Ohana Schedule Privacy Policy

Ohana Schedule is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, and protect Personal Information provided while using Ohana Schedule. This Policy applies to all Personal Information collected by us through the use of Ohana Schedule, the Mobile App, its Services, or any written, electronic, and/or oral communications.

If you choose to use Ohana Schedule, your access to and use of our Services is subject to the Ohana Schedule Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”), which define some of the terms used throughout this Policy. Please make sure that you have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you use our Services. By using Ohana Schedule, you accept the Terms and Conditions, and accept our privacy practices described in this Policy. If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Policy or our Terms and Conditions, you may choose not to use or access Ohana Schedule.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. If we make any material changes to the way we process or store your Personal Information, you will receive notice of that change. If you object to any material change, you must cease using Ohana Schedule. We recommend you review this Policy periodically. This Policy became effective on the date indicated at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of Ohana Schedule after any changes or revisions to this Policy indicates your agreement to the terms of any revised Policy

“Personal Information” is data that identifies, relates to, describes, can be used to contact, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly to you.

Storing and Protecting Personal Information. Personal Information is not stored in the Mobile App. Ohana Schedule maintains commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Although we take steps to safeguard Personal Information, no practices are 100% secure and we do not guarantee the security of your information. You agree and understand that the transmission of your Personal Information through Ohana Schedule is always at your own risk. You are encouraged to carefully protect the Personal Information you provide. We may retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active and for a period of time thereafter to allow you to re-activate your account without loss of information. We may also retain your Personal Information as necessary to:

·         Maintain logs and business records for analysis, security, and/or audit purposes;

·         Comply with record retention requirements under the law;

·         Deal with any complaints regarding Services; and

·         Comply with our legal obligations, protect or defend our rights, resolve disputes and enforce our contracts.

Information Collected by Ohana Schedule. Through your use of Ohana Schedule we may collect the following Personal Information:

·         Personal identifying information such as your name and birthday;

·         Contact information such as your email address, postal address, and phone number;

·         Account information such as your Ohana Schedule user ID and password;

·         Communication preferences for oral, written, or electronic communications; and/or

·         Identifying information for your vehicle such as make, model, color, or license plate number.

You may choose not to provide some of the Personal Information described above. Please note, however, that many of our Services require some Personal Information to operate, so if you choose not to provide the Personal Information necessary to operate and provide you with a particular Service or feature of that Service, you may not be able to use that Service or feature.

Location Information. If you use Ohana Schedule, we automatically collect generic location information about you (such as city or neighborhood) or, with your consent, precise geographic location data from your mobile device when the app is running and when it is not running, depending on the choices you make when you are asked to consent to our collection of location information. We may use this information to provide and improve features of our Services, for example, to tailor our Services on a needs-based manner to better facilitate your requests and to provide you with more relevant content about Shops or Merchants in your area.  

How Personal Information is Used. Personal Information is used by us to provide you with:

·         Services, products, and functionality through the use of Ohana Schedule, including the operation and improvement of Ohana Schedule and our Services;

·         Authentication and resetting of account credentials as necessary to provide you with login ability and to ensure the security of your account;

·         The ability to communicate with us about your account or your use of Ohana Schedule, our Services, products, and/or functionality; and

·         The ability to communicate with Shops or Merchants through Ohana Schedule.

How Personal Information is Shared. We use Personal Information for internal purposes only. We do not sell or rent information about you. We will not disclose Personal Information or message data to third parties without your consent, except as explained in this Privacy Policy. Personal Information may be disclosed or shared with Shops or Merchants to facilitate the provision of Ohana Schedule Services. We may share Personal Information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services or functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting or operating our Services, data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, site analytics, data analysis, delivering marketing messages and advertisements, processing credit card payments, and providing fraud detection services). We do not authorize these third parties to use or disclose your Personal Information for any purpose other than for which it has been provided to them.
